{"id":7067,"date":"2021-04-28T16:28:20","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T14:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/merac.es\/?p=7067"},"modified":"2021-04-28T16:28:20","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T14:28:20","slug":"andalucia-reduce-tipos-itp-ajd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/merac.es\/en\/andalucia-reduce-tipos-itp-ajd\/","title":{"rendered":"Andalusia reduces the rates of transfer tax and stamp duty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the <strong>twofold aim<\/strong> of (i) boosting and <strong>reactivating the real estate sector<\/strong> seriously affected by the crisis and (ii) <strong>easing the tax burden on access to housing<\/strong> for citizens who are likely to suffer the most severe effects of the economic crisis resulting from the pandemic, from 28 April 2021 Andalusia brings into force<strong> the reduction in Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty rates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, in the Onerous Property Transfers modality, the general tax rate applicable to the transfer of real estate is reduced from rates of 8%, 9% and 10% to a <strong>single general rate of 7%<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likewise, <strong>the Stamp Duty rate is reduced<\/strong>, for notarial documents, from 1.5% to <strong>1,2%<\/strong> tax rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We believe this is great news that will help to reactivate the economy by increasing the number of transactions subject to these taxes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Junta de Andaluc\u00eda aprueba reducir los tipos del Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales Onerosas y de Actos Jur\u00eddicos Documentados<\/p>","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":7068,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16,17],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7067","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-cat-noticias","category-tributario"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Andaluc\u00eda reduce los tipos del Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales Onerosas y de Actos Jur\u00eddicos Documentados | MERAC Legal &amp;
